Our CARDIYoga program is a unique and motivating workout like no other. It’s the perfect way to interval train, burn calories, build strength, improve posture and flexibility, and increase your metabolism…all at the same time.
The secret is the custom-blend of Ashtanga yoga, core-strengthening Pilates-style body work, and old-school calisthenics...all choreographed to a rockin’ soundtrack. It has all the fitness training your body needs… and it’s all wrapped up in under an hour. Done and done.
