SAVE THE DATE! The 2022 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday November 28th at 7pm.
This will be a virtual meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to approve the BIA’s budget for 2023 and to choose the board of directors for the next 4-year term. This program is paid for by a special levy charged to our members in commercial properties.
As a member of the BIA, the best way to participate in the decisions your BIA is making on your behalf is to get involved. If you wish to obtain a copy of the complete proposed budget and audited financial statement, please contact us.

General Meeting Procedures:
To be eligible to vote, photo identification will be required and:
Ø For Business Operators: A business card, or other proof of tenancy.
Ø For Property Owners: A property tax bill or other proof of ownership.
In accordance with the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 19, Business Improvement Area, only members of the BIA and their legal representatives (proof required) are eligible to vote at the General Meeting. No person in attendance shall have more than one vote.
Board of Management Nomination: If you are interested in being part of the Board in the coming term, please complete and submit a nomination form by November 21, 2022. Nominations must be made on or before this date, NOMINATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AFTER THIS DATE INCLUDING AT THE AGM. Forms must be submitted by email or in person. No mail accepted.Register Now!
